Product Delivery Information
We deliver islandwide using knutsford express. For deliveries in Montego bay and Falmouth a pick up location will be arranged.
Store Delivery Information
Orders placed from Saturday to Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Orders placed from Wednesday to Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to accept returns. However, depending on the issue we will assist as best as we can.

The dream of ours to be called Prello´s Agro started when we saw the opportunity to do things differently and add value and excellence to our crop production. Our aim is to produce high quality crops while being sustainable, reliable and consistent in our service to all our customers. To do that, we are investing in technology and giving all our passion and energy to make this project a reality. So for us, it means a lot that you decided to stop at our little store, we appreciate you!
Our first ready to sell crops are sweet peppers and mint, but stay tuned! Soon we will have a lot of high quality lettuce in different exotic varieties as well as many types of peppers from scotch to mexican peppers like jalapeño and serrano. We will add some other types of greens and herbs in the future like microgreens, basil, sage, etc and who knows maybe even edible flowers.
